Normal Updates - We always process all updates as promptly as we can, but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Large or complicated projects may take longer.
News Releases - News Releases are posted on your website and/or disseminated to your email list within 1 hour of receipt (during our hours of operation). Large or complicated News Releases may take longer. If your News Release is for posting and/or dissemination after our hours of operation, please get them to us by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Please ensure “News Release" and your Company Name are in the subject line of your email.
Other Urgencies - We try to accommodate your Urgent requests whenever possible. We must be notified of the urgency otherwise it will be queued in order of receipt, and it will be completed within the normal 3 day processing time. Please ensure "Urgent" is in the subject line of your email.
Our Technical Support department can help you with issues related to e-mail, domain name registrations, DNS settings, account login information, FTP accounts, and most other matters not related to changes to your web site.
