Your new Customer Portal

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service, Adnet employs a ticket management system to help track the status of your website updates.  Since May 1, 2009, when you send a request to, we’ll immediately send you a tracking ticket by email. This unique number gives you access to our new web-based Customer Portal.  Once inside, you can confirm Adnet’s receipt of your request, see which Adnet associate is working on it, and even communicate with the associate if you have questions or concerns.  You can also enhance your online presence by researching our expanding knowledge base.
